SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lumielle reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Lumielle confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all perfume sales are final. Lumielle does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on fragrance products except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 10 - FRAGRANCE DISCLAIMER

Fragrance performance, longevity, projection, and scent perception may vary from person to person based on skin chemistry, environmental conditions, application method, and individual sensitivity.

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Lumielle does not guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical on every individual or perform exactly as expected by every customer.

If applicable, any references to designer fragrances are made solely for comparison purposes. Lumielle is an independent fragrance company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any designer brand, manufacturer, or trademark owner.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
