At Lumielle, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and ensuring every order is carefully prepared before shipment.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any perfume products once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@lumielle-scent.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
